Sometimes students perform badly for obvious reasons but not because they're Dumb. Especially the matured one's doing more than one activities in school to keep life going, sometimes is distraction from social life. But on a long run you'll find out the people who you think are the best are not truly the best . And we're all intelligent in different field so don't look down on anybody and don't allow anyone to look down on you even your lecturer, you might be better than with time plus experience.

I'm from the same school of thought as you. I agree with your view and even more unspoken words. However he deserves all the accolade. I celebrate him and hope a lot of individual challenge their self and strive for more regardless of what the situation is. Thanks

You are Ignorant. He is not inventing anything but solving a problem relating to the composite material. You have not taken up his thesis to see the problem statements and the contribution of his work to the body of knowledge. Maybe you can tell us any new technology for producing Composite material.

There’s nothing like best graduating in grad school. Just say he had the best thesis/dissertation.
