Please stop exposing your ignorance in this place. Go and do research on what's survey and all that it involved. As built survey is an aspect of surveying that shows whether a building has had defects since it was initially build and the pillars whether they are still trully vertical and the beam whether they are truly horizontal. This study help to determine whether a building is safe for habitation or not having taking observation and relating it to as when it was newly built and defects noted.
