I recall Tinubu as governor. He appointed Igbos to his cabinet. Ben Akabueze who does national planing for Buhari, once did same for Lagos.

Tinubu had a spelling competition for young lads. Whoever won, was made governor for Lagos for a day. As in Tinubu literally vacated Alausa for the champ.
