Hmm... I hope the book is not full of typos. The logic for two diagrams seems not to work for the third in the examples.

lanre2009: LOGIC : Add the two numbers on the upper part Step 2: subtraction for the numbers on the lower part. Step 3: add the answers in step 1 and step 2 to get the middle. So numbers 8 and 9 are C. 1 Like |

lanre2009: Letter Y has two heads and a tail. Logic: square the first head by the left whatever you get, add it to the second head by the right. That gives us the answer for the tail. NUMBER 21 The square of 5 is 25. What must be added to 25 to get the tail which is 31? Answer is 6. Number 22 The answer is 1 1 Like |

lanre2009: Logic Add the horizontal line up, then square the numbers you will get last number. Number 39: 3+7+(-5)=5 the square of 5=25. But I think you should get a textbook that explains the answers. That way, you will be able to tell if you are wrong or there are typos. In my own time, Odiaka was the best in of explanation and workings. 1 Like |
