APC And PDP Have Nothing To Offer Nigerians – Donald Duke (7935 Views)
10mobile: 6:30am On Nov 13, 2018 |
Duke has high taste. It showed in his governance over CRS. I believe he will repeat his CRS magic at the national level if given the chance. BUT NO, Nigerians are addicted to clueless, undisciplined & dishonest candidates.

This man am beginning to make think twice about him, I'm in Calabar currently, and Duke need to tell calabarians how much obj paid him to acquire a local government for his farm, Back to asking us not to vote APC or PDP, are you not part of the old(PDP) that failed Nigeria? With that your baboon father? |

Nextlevel0007:You obviously have a problem with choice making & you are in for another regret from 2020 if the present thief you are ing wins. We've got credible candidates this time. Intelligent Nigerians like u should PUSH for people like Duke, Ezekwesili or Hashim. |

Dmajor100:we do not need new parties, we need new people. Even the SDP Donald Duke is in, has also proven to house previous criminals from PDP and the likes, Nigeria is not about parties. Donald Duke was in PDP as at this time last year, is he now better than them because he changed parties? That is like an Hausa man saying he isn't Hausa anymore because he now lives in Igbo land. Nigerian politics is not about parties, it is about individuals, the parties are mere platforms, but their ideals are pretty much the same from up to down And there is not one decent human being contesting for President in Nigeria. All of them are selfish people, undeserving of any political post. Why do we have 31 presidential candidates when we could have very well yes just 3? ACN and C merged in 2015 because they knew that they could stand a higher chance winning PDP as a unit, that is what I expected the likes of Moghalu, Sowore, Ezekwesili and Durotoye to do. We are looking to kick out Buhari, instead of merging, each of them starts campaigning to be President when they KNOW they can never win it. Nobody is a patriot in this country, everybody is a selfish bas-tard, and the best thing for citizens is just to go to another country if they can and understand what patriotism is about. This Nigeria is useless 1 Like |

10mobile:these people you mentioned are no better than Atiku or Buhari. If they were, they would have merged and produced a sole candidate, but each of them is selfish and cares more for their own personal ambition than for this country. The fact that you cannot see through these people, some of whom have their own dirt, says a lot of why Nigeria is like this 1 Like |

Though Duke can never win he will be a disaster if elected. He is enemy of Nigeria as he does not want Nigeria to work. Discouraging Okonjo iwiela from serving Nigeria mean he is an enermy of the country.

NonsoWow:what makes those ones better, because they are vocal and attention has not been focused on them, my brother nobody holy , that was the mistake made with APC then, they were everywhere vibrating, you will think they have what they were preaching, just like now forming holier than thou, only to mess up thoroughly when given the chance, for oby and Duke to denigrate a party that once gave them the opportunity they had says much about their character, they could have simply sell their program and market themselves,if the pdp is bad because of the past, then they too are not good because they were part of the pdp past |

And he was part of PDP, so himself is among, it means, nobody will vote for him, he has now become saints all of a sudden.

AkpaMgbor: Kudirat ABIOLA and other assassinations tied to him during Abacha's regime.. |
AkpaMgbor(m): 1:13pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
tenmariner:Maybe he has repented? Just like Buhari said he was a repented democrat in the 2015..if nigerians could vote a man that committed treason against the country by destroying the country's budding democracy..a coup which led us down the path of abacha and babangida for over 20 years of military brutality..if such a man could win an election then mustapha should also be given a chance.. |
tenmariner: 2:23pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
AkpaMgbor: "Maybe" is a word riddled with assumptions and assumption is not a true test of reality. Not even in a case of a dying Nigeria. Moreover, the pain of Al mustapha's terror is still fresh in the head of some. Mko abiola's family, Gabriel onagoruwa the former attorney during the Abacha regime whose son was killed right in front of intercontinental hotel lagos because the thrashed 8 draconian decrees by the dictator. Someone that said he only told Solomon Jabila( sergeant Rogers) to clean his gun and not to shoot kudirat Abiola. Its endless. So saying such should be pardoned and allowed to even walk into Inec office not to talk of obtaining a presidential ticket is beyond logic within a sane clime. Lastly this present istration largely has not done enough to deserve reelection but that doesn't mean we should unleash character assassination. Not been partisan, but if u had studied military history considerably well, u will realize that Buhari's role in the 1983 cou d' tat was almost zero.. as a mata of fact, the coupist later realized that it was easier to topple a regime than to govern it. Brigadier Bako was a strong mastermind of the 1983 coup( including Abacha, babangida, Tunde Idiagbon, General Muhammad Magboro, General mamman Vasta who was later killed by babangida) but unfortunately he did not live to enjoy the infamous profit of that act as he was killed by shagari's brigade of guards.. If not for colonel mustapha Jokolo who brought out his pistol and said nobody will come out alive if Buhari was not made the head of state because the meeting was divided..most wanted Buhari as the most senior of them while others felt babangida was ideal..Buhari that u wrote up there as the one that overthrew that government was fetched around 8pm that night all d way from Jos without any advance information that he will be made head of state and dat was y national broadcast that was initially scheduled for 9pm happened 10pm |
AkpaMgbor(m): 2:59pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
tenmariner:About the coup,Has Buhari EVER claimed responsibility for anything in his entire life? Let's assume he didn't play an active role in the coup, the subsequent aftermath of Buhari's military junta was fraught with incessant arrest without trial, an economy that plummeted south and broad daylight nepotism..he did all that and was still re-elected 30 years later..like I said earlier, if nigerians despite witnessing first hand the brutality of Buhari and his incompetence in managing the finances of the country still voted him back then anybody no matter his past deserves a chance at the polling booth..it doesn't make sense I know, but it sure makes sense to the Nigerian voters.. |
tenmariner: 3:59pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
AkpaMgbor: You are absolutely correct. The man Buhari could have been a fantastic EFCC chairman under a competent presidency but he is a very poor in of economy intelligence. Which makes him a round peg in a square hole as far as Nigeria governance is concerned. I told a doctor friend in 2015 that a country that neglected the likes of Okonjo Iweala, Sanusi Lamido, Raji Fashola etc in selecting a president and instead ended up with Buhari is not a serious country politically...so it is left to Nigerians how they want The next five years. 1 Like |
