U cannot completely scrap sars because even in developed lands(in uk sef wia guns are banned) they have special forces to deal with armed crimes

I saw some men brutalizing two young men at Muritala Rd Ilorin yesterday and I could see FSARS boldly written on their jackets and I have seen several SARS men wearing the FSARS jackets. I am wondering if we already have FSARS before now. All these orders given are just paper works how I wish they would be truly monitored and these orders won't just be for the media.
