i have had this skin discolouration for going to 3 years since 2016 or earlier... i am not sure whether its a rash or infection. at first, i thought its nothing ,that after some usage of good body cream and dettol usage.it would wipe off and my skin back to normal but it has failed to cleanse which surprise me because as of since last year, i have been taking good care of my skin to extent that people i meet do say i look good. so please what is the cause, the problem and the solution? @ nairalanders pics below

*modified* the rash becomes irritating and worst whenever i do not use anti-septic for long or have no cleanup in a while.... also, i suspect it started either due to poor hygienic environment during my school days or some insect bit me when i was asleep.. consultants, medics,dermatologist s ,lay men.. your advices and kind help is humbly welcomed
