It's like SARS are gradually becoming the robbers they were formed to combat.

After many of them have been exposed by phone cameras they've now adopted the typical armed robbery tactics of covering their faces for illegal checks to make it difficult to identify them.

This country is finished undecided cry

This is my major problem with Buhari.

Exactly on point. They are just who you said they are. Official Armed Robbers on duty 24 hrs of the day. They intimidate,kidnap and extort during the day and become deadly at night.
