When the battery charging temperature indicates that the battery temperature is too low, we recommend that you refer to the following:

1. Use a factory charger to connect the home power source to try charging.
2. If the phone is not a built-in battery, remove the battery and insert it again.
3. If the problem persists, back up the data in the phone (s, SMS, pictures, etc.) and then restore the factory settings.

If the problem persists, please bring your purchase invoice, repair card and machine to the Repair Center, where professional after-sales engineers assist in testing.

Temperature too low as in it is freezing?

If it is heating up, don't use mobile data for a while.
