Does this man realise that the National Assembly is a representative of the PEOPLE and that they reserve the right to summon any Nigerian, including the Head of State since he was elected into that post by the PEOPLE and therefore able to them via the National Assembly.

We should never allow Mediocrity, and possibly a lack of dignity, push us into justifying any form of impunity.

Gosh! Alot Of People Lack Basic Comprehension Skills! For Goodness Sake! He Is Only Advising The National Assembly That President Buhari By Virtue Of His Position Is Not 'Anyone' U Can Just Summon. He Is Not Asslicking Buhari Or Anytin Like Dat,he Is Giving A Legal Perspective As A Legal Expert. He Even Thinks Buhari Has Humiliated Himself, but Is Still Our Head Of State!

That's the plain truth..Buhari is so charismatic and highly respected not only in naija but in the world at large.unlike the corrupt drunkard....
You are a lazy youth, so lazy in everything that you can't even read comprehensively. If you really read/understood the distinguished prof, you wouldn't have vomitted that trash.

In the eyes of the law the ECA does not exist so whatever that was drawn is deemed to have been drawn from the consolidated revenue so Prof was right in his assertion.

Impeachment no be child's play. The one yeye senator that mentioned impeachment indirectly, did you watch the kind of welcome party they organised for him at the airport, right here in the south? I wonder which senators from the North will vote yes to Buhari's impeachment!
If impeachment was that simple, Jona would have been first Nigeria president to be impeached. But of course, Niger Delta always threatened fire and brimstone.
Save your brothers in the North.
One person cannot be bigger than the whole senate

Senate should start the proceedings!

I hope they are not promise and fail

Try reading the whole article.
You will get the whole gist and not see the matter one-sided.

This old prof should shut up, the constitution said any man can be summoned, so is Buhari not any man ?

Legal English is difficult for laymen to understand. The English of law is different from your known English. Beside, every word used in enacting an Act, as well as the Constitution has a special meaning in the "Interpretation Act" where words and phrases are given their meanings.

Law is not English, so a good command of the English word does not cure the ailment of ignorance of the Law.

Judicial and legal reasoning also, is not for a non- legally inclined person.

See where your Lilliputian intelligence took you. ECA is consolidated in a way. ITI, OLODO, ZUWO.

This is what you get when contraceptives fail.

When you combine money belonging to three tiers of government into 1 , what does that mean?

Check this from Saraki on the same issue:
“I don’t think this exercise is worth it because we endorsed it to the U.S Congress. It was after we agreed in September that the U.S government now went back to give approval to the Executive to pay to their own government so they can go ahead and sell this equipment to Nigeria".
DOA!
He was even referring to the issue on whether it should be forwarded or not, to House Committee on Judiciary and Co for investigation.
