I was about subscribing for my Monthly data plan before I saw YouTube packs on the menu. I think this is a welcome development, however I don't know the data limit of the plans.

I'm guessing they haven't been briefed about it or MTN introduced it secretly because I haven't seen any banners so far relating to it on their social media pages. I still sent a screenshot of the page to them. Once there's a response, I'll certainly add it here.

I called the costumer care several times but they didn't resolve that issue, very stupid set of people Thank God I didn't throw away my Airtel SIM @least they are better off for the mean time

I feel your pain dear.. Next time just message them on twitter instead.. They're more responsive there
