Was prescribed clexane no prednisolone but that cycle still didn’t work which was why I suggested you to make sure you have hysteroscopy done to assess the womb .if you haven’t started this treatment l would suggest you use Primecare Abuja they are affordable and good

I have had endometrial scratching with endometriosis not sure why your doctor doesn’t want it for you.l would advise you make sure to have hysteroscopy if you ‘ve had previous failed IVF also if you have no endometriomas at the moment make sure to have IVF as soon as possible as any laproscopy treatment reduces egg quality

Life contract is a type of surrogacy program where the IVF money paid covers unlimited ivf and miscarriages till the surrogate delivers a life baby. If the IVF fails or surrogate miscarries, the process is repeated at no extra cost. Dr Ese and even Diff are very good in this before we introduced Ivie to start it in Lagos, to the glory of God we have been getting very good results with her as all our Elders became mothers with this program. Unfortunately, due to several failed ivf and miscarriages plus the dollar crunch, she has attached some conditions to the life contract program i.e like after 3 or 4 failed IVF, you pay for the next IVF which covers for just stimulation drugs, collection and transfer.

My Sister, seems all ivf clinics in Lag are operating on a different level. Dr Ese in Abuja is still my first choice cos the amount u will pay for his IVF, plus flight plus hotel is still not up to what u will pay Lagos ivf Hospitals. My Foundation is currently negotiating with a clinic at Shasha area called Androcare because some of our got results with them. He said their ivf is 2m -2.5 and only 100-150k can be given to our NGO. Whereas wicharging us, 95% of my are getting results with him. Its just the accommodation we are battling with now cos the sef con a member gave the NGO Landlord refused to renew rent otherwise everyone is facing Abuja for their ivf. So look in that direction. If u still want to do ivf in Lag, try the Androcare or Oasis by Dr Ivie. We mostly use her for life contract not regular ivf cos hers is also about 2m for . Do let me kno if you need their s

I know someone who disclosed to Prime.care she was abroad and was charged normal rate . You need to disclose so that you can plan your coming with them except you have ample time on your hands.

I had consultation with Primecare too disclosed to them too and they are charging in naira it’s just that Joje abebe.The issue with Primecare’s is they only use their own surrogates and I wants to transfer to me and surrogate .my worry is it might become the norm

Yes I had to during the medical history .l have had previous IVF treatments just couple of months ago but different clinic .I paid the clinic in naira.Now l know better will be using only nigeria sim for any communication

For TTC mum please be careful with some clinics in nigeria.I just got off the fone with Joje Abebe and they want to charge me in dollars this is after weeks of consultation and the price list they sent to me was in naira .Any one with similar experience?

Good Evening all. Been awhile. So i did go for another round of IVF both for me and a surrogate this time. Is sad to say that i had a BFN. i started bleeding on the 8th day when i wiped and i was given injections, it stopped only for me to start bleeding on the 13th again but this time a lot heavier than the 8th day. I was also given another injection. i stayed in the hospital all tru and i did all i was supposed to do as i learnt from here. As for the surrogate, it was also a negative. She did not bleed at all. I used my eggs as i had 6 grade AA eggs that made it to day 5 before the implant. Four were implanted for me while two went to the surrogate. Am just wondering what could have gone wrong as all the prognosis were right this time or so i thought. Before the transfer i did Anti- Mullerian Hormone test and i was 2.44 hence my going ahead to use my eggs. I know my write up is lengthy but please sabi Mamas help me touch light this as hubby is insisting we try just surrogate rather than myself and a surrogate again. i have done 3IVFs and 1IUI. I had surgery to remove fibroids last year September. i will be 40yrs this year.

So sorry to hear about your failed Ivf . May be for your next cycle use your own eggs+donor atleast you can rule out egg quality issues

I have a confession that has been harding me to say. Maybe I will feel better as I do. I never even tell anyone yet.
So i had 5 embryos after my first cycle in 2019. I decided to implant them this year and in two places. Well both failed. And I have no embryos anymore. I actually hoped to have a boy thats why I used them. But most importantly I couldn't imagine one day telling the clinic to discard my embryos or imagine forgetting it there and by some malpractice it is used on

some couple without my consent.
I don't know how I feel. I feel like I lost a child.
Am I making any sense?

Is a BFP on a first trial after almost 6years of marriage with 3 failed Iui and Amh of 0.56. Jesus did it for me. To Him be all the glory.��
I want to use this medium to say thank you to the pioneers of this group, those of you, who have shared your struggles, what you did differently and have taken your time to answer questions here, May God bless you all.

On what I did differently:
Firstly, I almost finished reading this thread �as it open my eyes to so many things as I didn't even know group like this existed during my ttc years and Iui trial.

I copied and saved things people did differently and added my own,

I prayed and fasted for 3days for God to take perfect control of everything.

Short protocol was used for me as a result of low Amh. when my period started, I dewormed and took lemon and lime infused warm water first thing in the morning for 5days, prior to this, I have stopped taking beverages, soft drinks and malt.
I started wearing stockings even before the egg collection as I read that it helps to increase blood flow to the uterus and wore it all through the 2ww, soaked my feet in hot water atimes b4 EC, ate one egg daily, ate a lot of almond seed, avocado pear and other fruits even after the transfer.

I was even sad, during the stimulation when only 5viable follicles was seen, I nearly wanted canceling the cycle, but the doctor encouraged me to go on, as God would have it, on the day of egg retrieval, 6eggs were retrieved, 3 fertilized but only two made it to blastocyst which to the glory of God the two implanted.�
I ensure I insert my cyclogest same time, 10am in morning and 10pm at night. Progesterone injection is 12pm every 48hours, I took folic acid and pregnacare original too.
I took pineapple core for 5days and also stayed in a nearby hotel for 5days after transfer.
My people I didn't bath for 2weeks, I only use wet towel to clean my body,� no cream, no deodorant or perfume at all, no house work of any kind, but i try walking around the house few times during the 2ww.
I took DHEA 50mg2xe, coq10 200mg 1dly, l arginine 500mg 2xe, and folic acid for 4months based on doc recommendation before the cycle commence.
All these I got them from here and added jara to it.�

After the transfer, I asked my doctor to pray with me which he obliged. May God bless Doc Odeigah for me, he is very patient and tolerant, I nearly used questions finished him.� My prayer is that God will bless everyone cycling with a BFP and cause us to carry to full term with healthy babies.� Please ignore the errors and feel to ask me any questions.
