It is easy for most people to tell others to let go. Until you through it, you can never imagine how hard it is to let go. Only people that didn't commit their heart can walk out of love without feeling the pain.

Women blames men when a man hurt a lady. But men are being hurt more than women. Men however had learn how to let go when they should. That character is what you ladies probably interpret as insensitivity.

You can help your room mate by encouraging her. Tell her that she isn't alone. Keep her company. The only way to let go is to keep her thought away from the past that hurt her. Don't talk about the guy in her presence again. Don't mention the guy. Take her out and get her busy.

Dear poster, everyone wants to be with someone, I mean a lot of people wish but sincerly she might be not understand right now but with time she'll realize she took the right decision letting him go.
