I BOUGHT THE INFINIX HOT 4PRO AND HAVE LONG SINCE INSTALLED A 32GIG MEMORY CARD BUT FOR OVER A 2WEEKS NOW THERES NOTHING I HAVENT TRIED YET I AM UNABLE TO USE THE MEMORY CARD, EVEN TO UPDATE EXISTING APPS THE FONE SAYS I HAVE INSUFFICIENT SPACE ON MEMORY & ADVISES I DELETE SOME APPS TO CREATE SPACE (ON A PHONE THAT DOESNT EVEN REALLY HAVE ANY APPS INSTALLED). BEFORE I DRAAW A TOTAL CONCLUSION ON THE ABSOLUTE USELESSNESS OF THE HOT 4PRO I WILL NEED ANYONE WITH SAME EXPERIENCE & A WAY OUT TO PROFER A SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE.\ THANKX IN ADVANCE. 1 Like 1 Share |

Bro, thats not the original infinix Hot 4 Pro. You probably fell flvictim for the Cloned version. Original version of infinix is 6 but I'm sure the one you have is 5. . Infinix is a very good mobile, just that some people take their time to clone their phones. 04donjazzy: |

I've operated both Original and Fake infinix Hot 4. I understand your plight. And moreover, not only Hot4 has this problem. They cloned virtually all Infinix's new products. Ranging from Hot 4, Hot S , Zero 4 and among others . so one needs to be careful before purchasing it.

u got the FAKE one... I'm using mine and I have installed lots of apps and games. I'm really enjoying the phone.go back and complain to ur dealer.

04donjazzy: Try changing your primary memory in settings, if it happens then you remove your memory card and try using only your internal memory. Also get es explorer to see your memory details. If these suggestions don't work, then throw the phone and memory card into lagoon. |

it might be from your memory card,i believe.like someone up said,try removing it and using the internal memory only.had a case like that,where i could not nothing into my phone after buying a 16g card;it was a fake!so,before you rush to condemn d fone or throw it into the lagoon,try changing the card first!

The reason why you cant use your memory card to store apps anymore is because of the Android 6 OS that no-longer permits it. Its a similar issue i faced with my C9, though i cant really say the 16GB is insufficient for my apps. Only problem is when you have huge games that consume over 1GB space, coz game files can not be transferred to SD card.

Oga format ur memory card in to ur phone memory.... That's how 6.0 works.....it'll read the memory card as an internal memory
