I tend to feel uncomfortable because it feels as if I'm being scrutinised. I guess it does depend on the lad.
if it's a guy who is just sitting quietly by himself, giving me the odd shy glance then it's flattering.

They stare in the churches, weddings, office meetings, restaurants etc not on the streets alone.  The bold ones use it as a cue to chat and the trick is in being extremely polite but very firm in your refusal.  I am good at that.  I smile sweetly while delivering the bullets and the poor guy goes away with a good mind thinking I am one very nice girl.
But I glare at agberos and wor wor & rough looking boys o.  I only smile/wink at the decent boys and I like to wink at the teenagers as I love to see young boys giggle.
