Do grace me with a response on the shelf life of lithium battery is lead acid batteries. (Lithium when stored at BTW 50 -70% SOC or even while used will degrade to 80% in 10yrs) meaning you only lose 20% capacity in 10yrs, while lead acid will sulphate even while sitting on the shelf for only a year and if not attended to, will permanently damage in 2yrs if not desulphated.
You need understand rarely do I consult google and the likes to make a response.

Also i think over a period of just 3-years, the degrading is about 10 to over 50% based on temperature, among other things. In fact if the battery is fully charged sef, na another issue because it hates it. Now imagine the fact there are still Laptop batteries manufactured since year 2015 that's yet to be sold ?

I for like see electric car wey de run on 75kwh of tubular battery storage grin grin grin

Abi oh, some arguments are just not worth the time to type it. The weight, the space, the maintenance period and the danger of spilling acid everywhere, yet some people hold on to an argument cos it's their forte.

Has anyone asked why the sudden resurgence of solar in Nigeria? Trust me it's not cos of Band A, it's because of the stability Lithium batteries has brought to installations. The fail rates for installations has drastically reduced, that's why anyone can claim to be an installer and can cos Lithium just works.

Installers know the shege pro max they suffered in the hands of lead acid batteries, some still dey igbobi after suffering from broken backs. Lolz

I say make I peep from mama Google small and below are responses:

Lithium batteries degrade at a rate of 1% to 3% per year when not in use.

The degradation of a new lithium battery after 3 years of non-use is between 3% and 9%.

Make I add say - it could be higher based on conditions like temperature, State of Charge, etc

Hate it when a land seller, tells me price is 500,000 naira per SqM; why not tell me price in PLOTs for easy comprehension.

This guy calm down small, "you rarely consult google" and I a response to my post that you said I don't use the internet intelligently and now you claim not to use Google grin. Like I stated before u're a funny guy, smart but funny, unfortunately there are times us "intelligent" people need to chill.

I write most times not from google but from experience.

There is no crime in benefitting while helping people genuinely.
Ever heard about community service? That is what most who are professionals do on this thread.
They offer their services when needed and help generously without asking for pay.
You don't expect them not to charge people when they go for installations and when they sell certain products to them.

So far, none has complained they were swindled or shortchanged.
You have every reason to doubt motives; however, you should not defend those who consider this community only for adverts. Not when those adverts aren't DIY friendly rates.

You dey mind him, I started advertising and posting so I don't many messages on DM about things.

I am only filling a gap, many want to Buy things themselves but don't have tools to get the installation done.
I contribute as much as I can as well as recommend test products say it as it is.. consultation also is free..
Na installation we charge for.

Spotted on AliExpress.

260k for 4kwh, I think Will Prowse tested these cells a few years ago and while they're grade B you can pull about 95% rated capacity.

Just depends on if they're properly matched + BMS quality. Also if you even get your order grin

I got a 22U rack over the weekend for about 275k (which seem to be the common price in computer village lagos) an 18U should be slightly cheaper. I would find the of the seller and post it.

Do you still have these details?

Could you also share your setup? I'm looking for a rack and rear s for my Pylontech UF5000s.

This is a criminally deceptive advert. It is enough reason to avoid this brand even if given as a gift.
