House, pls who have this charger for sale?

Good evening my profs in the House.
Please, a client have a following setup.
1. 5pcs of felicity 10kva Hybrid inverter connected in 3phase. 20kva, 20kva & 10kva
2. 5pcs of old version of 15kwh Felicity Lithium batteries.
3. 80pcs of 300w

Now, the inverter is not charging well even with the constant NEPA light that is connected with the inverter once there is an outage the inverter won't last long and the batteries will run down. While the 10kva inverter being the 3p is on constantly displaying error 14 in front of the screen and the grid icon flashes continuesly without mercy.

My question is, what may be the problem and the possible solution.
Note, the set-up is not up to 5 months. Thanks in anticipation

quite understandable. i need your ideas on this... Assuming i have a hybrid inverter whose maximum mppt input it 4kw and i oversize my s to 7 kilowatt incase of cloudy days.. Does it mean that my hybrid inverter will clip the power to 4kw only during sunny days?

It may not make sense putting such amount of excess in one place, you may stress the device. You can put the excess on a charge controller or you double the inverter if you have the means.

Yes, the max solar power will be clipped at 4000w.

Got the tds meter from AliExpress. I believe manuel enterprise here sells that luminous for a cheaper price. I use 4×340w [jinko and Era solar s]. Bought the era for 44k if i can . The Jinko s were more expensive. I hardly use the batteries as the solar is sufficient to run my loads from 8am to 5pm then @ 6pm the compound generator comes on and off by 9.30pm. My fangpusun bmv battery monitor (from aliexpress) usually shows 90% by morning as we only use the 2 qlink ac/dc fans @ night. Charge controller is fangpusun 100/50 (also from aliexpress) and inverter is axpert 3kva about 110-115k from konga. Bought all myself and got an installer

Performance has been so so. I know I have observed 2kw instantenous from my installed 2720w s [340x8] with 6 of them being era. I'd say jinko is better because I when I installed the jink ist 340 x 2 I exceeded the installed capacity more than once but since I've added era I never did that. So if you have the budget go for original jinko. Although in defence to era, degradation has set in and I never deliberately tried to max the installed capacity when it saa newly installed
