These bus would never work, wind can easily blow it off, or if its on speed on a sharp bend it would fall for sure.

Definitely doesn't exit, taking gravitational force into consideration, auto makers aren't stupid when deigning their cars , the bus center of gravity is important if higher that the usual it will definitely fell. It doesn't exist as far as I am concern.
