I have dealt with over 20 customers here on nairaland and not a single negative review .

Turnover is really important.

I am the one Binary007 scammed and what Neutralmind has put out is true. Neutralmind is the owner of the business, Binary007 has been posing has the owner of the business in order to market it and get people to trust him.
If you can recall I got a mattress from him last month and he delivered it late in the evening, it was pay on delivery then.
I reached out to him again on Friday, despite that he posted here on Nairaland that payment on delivery doesn't affect recurring clients or people referred by recurring clients, he still insisted I pay and I paid him because we've had a successful deal before. However, since then it's been tons of excuses from him and he has refused to refund my money.

If you search for GreenEarth Mattress on Nairaland, you'll notice that it's been Neutralmind that has been promoting the mattress, before Binary tooks over and it's the same address.

He shouldn't think he can hide because it won't take me anything to find him. I already have all his details, images, current company that he works with etc.

Binary007 is now online reading all the allegations laid against him

From the screenshots above you can see he didn't deliver on Friday. He said the delivery guys messed up and they didn't come to pick up

He promised me I was going to get my order on Saturday and that he would use Uber instead of the delivery guys to make the delivery in the VNs he sent. I was going to go to Church on Saturday so he promised to deliver it in the afternoon. I sent him all the updates he needed concerning my movement.
He said they had picked up my order on Saturday and they were going to deliver it for me. I didn't get it. Our agreement was that if I didn't get it on Friday, he would refund my money and then I can decide if whether or not I still want to get the mattress. According to him he had paid the money into the company , so my refund wasn't possible on Friday.

On Sunday he promised that I would receive my refund by evening or latest Monday morning. Nothing came out of it, he kept sending voice notes that he has been honest and straight with me etc etc.

Yesterday (Monday), I was still open to receiving the delivery and giving him a chance. You can see I asked him what the way forward was, he said he'll get back to me. In the evening he reached out and said he had an emergency so he's not able to run the business. He won't be available today either and I should expect a refund tomorrow. Refund wey him don dey promise since Saturday. He said I can't get my mattress and that the delivery guys spoilt his business.

From your chats, it is evident he is yet to refund back which is leaning towards scam. I feel your pain and binary007 should do the needful to refund you as you have been patient enough with him. Going forward, one should be extremely cautious as he was quick to point out about a customer that failed to pickup sometime ago. The screenshots that follows are from the person I asked to pose as a prospective customer, so I can be sure if he's trying to scam me or not. I asked the lady to order the same spec, so it won't be that maybe the spec I wanted wasn't available and that's why there are issues.
