My stabilizer took in some water on Monday and I've left it unplugged. I want to know if it's safe to plug it now or should I take it to an Electrician to check it if it's totally drained of water?

Don't plug it until it gets to a very good electrician.
If you supply power to the board when it's wet, you'll damage it, because signals will flow to the wrong parts of the board.
