This is the problem I have with Nigerians. Sometimes they expect you to just do everything and come drop a refund on their laps. It doesn’t work like that. The defrauded party has to put mouth.

I followed through all the procedures required by the bank, I got a court affidavit, it was sent for judge confirmation, the judge confirmed the authenticity of the order and was returned to access bank, but unfortunately, access bank claimed they need the consent of the holder before the money could be refunded. They claimed to have ed him and that he said he sold something to me and that he delivered the goods with proofs to back up his claim, he was asked to provide his proof and up until now, with numerous follow ups, Access bank refused to refund the money. I don't know if there is something else I was supposed to do that I haven't done. @Pocohantas, haven't I done enough?
