It seems you're trying to justify your act by wanting proof knowing fully well that the word"masturbation" isn't in the bible. However if you study the word properly you will know that all sexual acts outside wedlock is condemned by God.

It only makes you feel good in that moment but immediately after it leaves you in guilt, remorse, sadness and sometimes angry at yourself for indulging in it (after you must have promised never to go back to it again). Pastor Chris's opinions are irrelevant and inconsequential to the christian tenets. Jesus Christ is our "only" standard in christianity. Anyone who preaches anything contrary to what Christ commanded is on their own.

Jesus Christ said in Matthew 5: 28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

First, you cannot masturbate without entertaining sexually immoral thoughts in your head. Christ encourages us to keep our thoughts pure and holy. Anything which is lustful and perverted is of the devil, and therefore is sinful. Also, masturbation goes together with pornography, no one can deny.

The fact that our atheist friends see nothing wrong with masturbation goes to show the reason why they chose to become atheists: they simply cannot entertain the idea of a righteous GOD who reprimands them for their sinful habits, which include sexual immorality.
