when i called they claimed to be working on something..its annoying tho...am already browsing with the credit...

It's too annoying, how did you reach them cos their cc number is on a permanent all our agents are busy.

i just had to sit on there matter,,,it took long,just continued doing other things while the phone was calling..took about 25min the 3times i called

Thanks bro.I taya for Glo, called their customer service to process d 1 month 1k 3.2G from tjier office dey said dey can't, only for them to check their system and said I have a pending 500 naira 3G for one week but not activated, they sent me configuration settings which I just saved and saw d 3G.they charged me 5h but I nor kmiw how dis whole 3G for one week waka,I wanted 3.2G for one month, how on earth do they expect me to exhaust 3G in a week undecided
Modified* they didn't charge me for d data my airtime is still intact grin
