They are no longer real.
You deposits or transfer money to their bank for them credit your wallet. Stories start. Telling your to give them 24 hours to confirm. Most times it takes weeks or they will never credit you. That means your money LOST!

If you finally succeed in having them credit your wallet ,there is high risk of failing to credit your mobile line with airtime or data when bought using money in your wallet.

They fail me when i need data or airtime most asking me to give them 24 hours to resolve it. Imagine that!!

In most cases they will not credit my mobile line but charge my wallet.
Once this happen, forget it they will never credit you again and have no solution to this.
They will keep posting you for months telling you they are working on resolving it.

This is my case with them now.
I think Nairaland should stop them advertising and deceiving people here.

Same here, I requested for 1 gig MTN sometime ago, money was deducted from my wallet, but no data to show for it, all I got was we are working on it till I forgot about the whole thing.

They never credited my 2k through bank deposit and i complained for days till i gave up.

Guy they are real,just a little unorganized...I bought a couple of gb's from them before some time back.

This issue is not new na, clubkonnect is not a scam abeg, I have been buying data from them for more than 8 months.
Yes, at times, they could tell you to give them 24hrs, there was a time I did cash deposit to their UBA , it took a week to be rectified, they replied my text and Whatsapp chat.
come on, I even referred my friend and my sister to clubkonnect, your issue is not new at all, as we all buy our data there till date.

Try using their first bank and GTBank, they are faster when it comes to cash deposit.

how are we suppose to know the phone number that did not receive the airtime. if our service is really bad how come u have been using it.

provide the phone number affected so we can the mobile network operator to confirm if u got the airtime or not. let me inform u that u will get a full refund if u did not receive the airtime.

if u did not get the data u purchased as claimed, then provide the affected number and the date u purchased it so we check and resolve it or make a full refund.

With the kind of job i do now, i can't predict when I need airtime and I am a type that don't borrow no matter what. This why I use you guys.

Xmas is by the corner. Mtn air will go up. I Planned buying through u guys but with past experience, I will not.

I just bought N15,000 mtn reserve for Xmas and my bank diamondbank just sent me code I can use to buy via my bank .
So using you guys is of no use any more.

I want to say BIG thanks to Nairaland for making them send me my air time.

If I ever decide to use their platform again and they mess up!!!!
