Hello Nairalander am Mr Ayyub the main importer of original stone coated roofing tiles from South Korea and New Zealand...
The main reason why I open this thread is that most of my client find it difficult to differentiate the design of the stone coated roofing tiles....
We have different design....
1. Shingles Design
2. Bond Design
3. Classic Design
4. Roman Design
5. Milano Design
6. Shake. Design


Notice: Some coy. Can use another term to name it.. Due to want the manufacturer told them... E.g like tilcor their call the bond heritage... Don't get it twisted is the same bond just that the pattern is differ...

What make the Rooftiles look differ is the corrogation/design and also the price... Some are coated with two stone.. Mean two colour.. E.g shingles,roman,milano... Mostly come in two colour.. Like shingles black and white, milano wine and black, shingles ox blood red and black and so on.. Depend on what the importer instruct the manufacturer to produce..

BOND DESIGN

Client love this design and is common I think because of the price and the wideness of the gutter design..

Note: All pictures attached below are bond design.. With different color.. But the most common color is Black...
While client prefer black is that.. It will not select color when you are about to paint the building.. In fact black is the most demand color in Nigeria..

Follow by CLASSIC DESIGN..

This Design is very unique on roof although the gutter is not as wide as Bond design..
But After the installation you will know want am talking about...

Number third on my list is call... SHINGLES DESIGN

OMG!!!
Mostly shingles come in two colour.. The popular of it is black and white shingles.. But since most client demand for different colour.. I don't have choice I need to import them in.
Like shingles wine and black, green and black, Tiger colour, plain black shingles, ox blood red and black, and so on...

Shingles is Expensive due to the colours and Design..

This is milano some roofing coy. Call it Roman design becos of the design just that roman gutter is wider than Milano.
But when come to beauty on roof and standard... This design make a lot of sense...

5th Design....ROMAN DESIGN

Roman design look similar to Milano design, the only differ is the gutter.. Roman is wider than milano.. But the latest design clients request for now is milano.. That is the reason some roof coy. Call milano design... Roman

6th SHAKE DESIGN

This design is not common and not move in the market intact some roofing coy don't import it at all..

Although is unique on roof.. Look like shingles design
And also comes in different colour...
