3. Iyabo Obasanjo, a serving senator
4. Former governors Lucky Igbinedion, Joshua Dariye, Saminu Turaki, Ayo Fayose, Orji Uzor Kalu, Jolly Nyame and Rasheed Ladoja

or have they all been pardoned?
