And people should also do due diligence before dealing with any "so called" seller.

One common thing is you will hardly see their adverts in designated threads for adverts. They pop in to claim availability of items when someone is need of something.

I use a Redmi Note 10 pro. Yesterday, it just started coming on and off. Then after a while it booted back on but it seems like something had affected the power button. I then discovered that the power button was the culprit.
No liquid or excessive force was added to the button but it's really malfunctioning. The button does not look it has any defect all, it is still sturdy If I graze it a little, it can switch off my screen or even worse switch off my phone in a terrible loop.

What can I do to solve this? Is it hardware or a software issue?

Might be the power button flex.

Facing same issue with my note 9, will change it soon and probably get another brand

It's the 4g version that is in the Nigerian market, and I'm not comfortable with the SoC ( SD 685) and it camera review.
