I have done 4 at once because you can't have more than 4 active subs but I did 1 more after that. So you can try.

I've been trying to find my xiaomi redmi note 8 they robbed from me, but it's still showing last location which is my house. Does that mean they have not ON or formatted the phone.

That's the official stable update just released. It's safer than the beta version

It is not different same update. Just made available for all when they are satisfied with the all the tests.

Firmwares like App release through steps,

Internal Beta Test, Closed Beta, Internal Pilot/Beta, public closed Pilot, Public beta/Stable Beta and then finally public.

In this case if the existing wasn't good public won't get 13.0.8.0 but the next releases that satisfies all steps.
