Hello House, please i got an update on my redmi note 10 pro updater about a new version, but each Time i click on even with using data it ain't ing is there something I'm not doing right or am confused! and also my Xender has issues connecting to orders aside this two i love my phone die

Use wifi to update. As for Xender if your phone is higher always be the host and not the receiver and ensure your hotspot is set to 2.4Ghz because not all phones have the 5GHz wifi band

Go back to play store and update the apps. Will work.

My partner phone got stolen and was reported to the police for tracking, it's been close to a month now and they are yet to recover it.

Sometimes when It sleeps, if I touch it or press the power button, it won't come on
I will have to hold power button down as one would do if you want to restart it or turn it on/off.
It is getting very frequent.
Though my screen is cracked at the moment and I want to change it, it ha been that way before it fell and got cracked
