Contracts aren't always straightforward. The 75M clause may only apply to clubs outside of Italy. There could be a clause requiring Seria A team to pay significantly higher.

Correct. He can only frustrate Italian clubs because the release clause excludes them. Any team outside italy that meets the €75M release clause and agrees on personal with Osimhen can sign him.
