Nairalanders please my brother needs your advise about this

Two years ago he started experiencing itches in his body, and whenever he scratches that spot it will bring something like ringworm on that itchy spot, when it drys the spot changes to black and it will be there like the black spots on the skin of a leopard
Firstly we took him to a general hospital, after speaking and showing the doctor his body, the doctor prescribed some anti biotics(augmentine) and two other drugs which we got. he used it and it didn't have any effect on him
fast forward to June last year someone told us it's a skin disorder and advice us to take him to luth (yaba annex) to see a Dermatologist, so we went, after conducting series of test we were told it's F D E (fixed drugs eruption) and it is caused by any drugs a patient have used before and it doesn't go down well with the system of the patient, the drug will react and hence the spots, And there is no medication for it now, that the patient should just identify the drug that usually react with his system and discontinue...
Now he is experiencing little or no scratches, but the issue we are having now is the blackspots,
Please i need an advice on what cream or soap can we get to clear those spots away..

The only thing left Is the spots

Well it does look that way. Beautiful but needs to be cured.

It will clear with time, I don't think he should use any harsh cream or soap that could damage his skin.

Please resist the urge to patronize any bleaching cream seller in the name of mixologist, they always claim to use organic products but it's all lies.

Have a certified dermatologist recommend a good exfoliating scrub and moisturizer for him, exfoliation is really effective in getting rid of dead skin cells. It might take time but he will be fine.
