We are all guilty of buying fuel in jerrycans, mostly for generator use. So if this story is true, this can actually happen to anybody.

We Nigerians are the issues facing ourselves, no government is going to come to the streets. Lots of filling stations got fuel but would prefer selling to the "black marketers" just cuz of extra cash those people pay them. Nigerians would jump at any lil opportunity to milk he's fellow country man yet we scream no to corruption from the leaders when an average citizen is already thinking of how to milk his brother. Change starts with each and everyone of us.
