OP you are correct but I'll like to say its not really what you say that matters in a conversation but how you say it......NON-VERBAL aspect of communication I.e the tone of your voice, your body language is responsible for 60% of the message we in a communcation.........Two people can say the same funny joke, exact line but only the one with the best NON VERBAL approach will steal the audience.
