I intended buying android TV tuner to watch offline television but I would like to hear from those who had use the tuner before.

Will the tuner be able to receive signal in Nigeria?

I have not used this selling on jumia,but my tv has the features which I have tested,then it shows gotv and startimes stations,now that digital stations have launched in Osun with called freetv with decoder,I have not tested my tv with the feature on it to know if the stations would show free without the decoder
