The budget office will provide that later. If they don't in about 2 months time, that means they're trying to hide critical information from the public and you know what that means..

What the president laid before the t house was a compressed summary, a detailed expenditure outline will be presented to the various commites of both houses so it is still a 'secret' document till the D.Gs and ministers do their defense.

How can you have a summary without a breakdown? By the time the President submitted it to the House, the budget had already been drawn.

Nobody expected the President to list it in detail in his presentation but provide it for public access.

Budgets are used by business men to plan ahead in the coming here. If the presidency bans procurement of air conditions and it's use throughout the civil service do you know how it will affect air con suppliers?
