500m will buy approx 10,000 bags of rice,why not use 100 m for the sham decoration ( dats if it's actually needed) and buy 10,000 bags of rice and giv d poor people or in d worst case set up an emergency food spots and use d 500 m to feed people for this period and wait Wat happened to the decorations from last year ?
