Jehovah's Witnesses are often mistaken to be something else. Some say it a secret cult while others believe something else.. And proudly to tell you my readers that I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Below is 17 fact that shows Jehovah's Witness is not a cult....


1. There are currently about 8 million Jehovah's witnesses around the world.

2. An average of over 800 people become Jehovah's witnesses daily

3. We keep coming to your doors even though we have regular jobs and family like you because we are onished to do so by Jesus Christ.

4. We do not participate in wars and for this reason more than 1600 Jehovah's witnesses were killed by Hitler

5. There are currently over 300 Jehovah's witnesses in Prison in South Korea and Egypt because they refused to stop preaching or enlist in the military.

6. We don't salute the flag or say national Anthems because we pledge our allegiance only to God.

Jehovah's Witnesses had its origins in the Bible Student movement. It founder was Charles Taze Russell in the 1870s. financing of our publications come from voluntary donations. Any more questions?

I WITNESS JEHOVAH but am not a member.
I LOVE them so much because,
---Of all the CHRISTAIN denominations....
They are the MOST Enlightened, Educated, Exposed.
It is usually difficult to SPOT the Illiterates among them.

They train their KIDS to be resourceful in future
They are good at PUBLIC SPEAKING.
They dress modest.
They rarely give in, to the changes of the new age.

They study the BIBLE more than any other denomination.

Above all they have the BEST EVANGELISM network, involving both the rich and the poor. (youngest and oldest)
Their CLERGYMEN talk cautiously, unlike many others who talk back at the congregation carelessly.
Never MONEY driven nor conscious.

I always entertained them right from my CHILDHOOD and I have learnt a lot.
I just wish I can worship GOD, the way they do.
MOST times I feel ashamed as a christain when I see them.
I see them as CHRISTAIN EXTREMISTS.
I hope to pay them a visit soonest.

I'm a muslim but I love Jehovah Witnesses so much,they come to my house every sunday and we talk about life,afterlife etc,my mum is an Alhaja and she does too,she entertains Jehovah witness folks and even offers them food cos you just gotta like this people cos of the way they interact with everybody, they're very intelligent,hardworking and educated folks and they don't discriminate,they don't hate,they're just trying to change the world positively. To me,they're the best christians in the world. Also,i have learned a lot from those that come to my house

I have always been receptive to Jehovah Witnesses. They are one denomination i can always sense the sincerity of purpose and unalloyed zeal to preach their faith. They are more about reaching souls than the growth rate of their church. And to me, they have the best thought-provoking publications, whether the topic is on Molecular Biology, Quantum Physics or Epistemology.

Their simplicity, yet delicateness, chides me of my own failings and strengthens my resolve to bridle my excesses. They are always welcome to my door.

I'm not one of them but I'm amazed with their mode of operation. Their AWAKE magazine is one of the most informative in the world. I started reading their magazine since 1995. Then, there was this Neighbour of ours, a Bank Manager of Cooperative Bank. Every Sunday, him, his wife and 3 children will be trekking from house to house preaching. I was amazed 'cos this man has a big car (Nissan Laurel, Lol). I'm like this makes senses, leaving your comfort to talk about God to others. This drew me to them then. They dress well and neat, speak simple english, prolifically and confidently and well grounded on many issues. I must confess, their views on how to tackle issues has helped me in a way i can't quantify. In my career, money, disposition towards others etc.

By the way, you don get their mobile APP?

Do not get me wrong am not prejudice to Jehovah's Witness group. On the contrary, I like their sense of seriousness and modesty. Their ''Awake Magazine'' is one of my favorite magazines; very informative and colorful. I still read them to this day.
The only thing that spoil the show is their doctrine about the Divinity of the Lord Jesus Christ. They believe Jesus is of equal status with Arch Angels in heaven. It is written all over their literatures. To Jehovah witness, Jesus Christ is not GOD. This belief is a massive contradiction to John1:1 which states that:
''In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with GOD and the word was GOD.''
2. ''He was in the beginning with GOD. All things were made through Him, and apart from Him not one thing was made that has been made.''
The term ''Word'' from the verse above is refering to Jesus Christ. And He (Jesus Christ) was in existence before the creation of heaven and earth. He was with GOD from the very beginnging. And He was GOD. All created objects in heaven (including all the angels big and small) and earth were made through him. Without Him, not one thing was made.
If the Jehovah Witness group hold the believe that Jesus Christ is not GOD but a majestic being, created just like Arch Micheal, how come the Bible categorically recognizes Jesus Christ as GOD and that all things both in heaven and earth were made through him in John1:1-3?

Sending you a slice pic of what they wrote and believe as their doctrine will not give you a clear picture of why Jehovah witness do not worship nor regard Jesus Christ as GOD. You have to read the whole book itself to get the exact picture of where they STAND regarding the DIVINITY of Jesus Christ.
There are two books I will like you to buy and read. Both books are very authoritative and writting by Jehovahs Witness themselves.
The names of the books are: ''You Can Live Forever in Paradise on Earth'', and ''Revelation; Its Grand Climax at Hand!''.
Both are very old books and very interesting to read, all written in the 80s.
