Am considering. A situation where collaboration among Lagos, Oyo and Ogun can boost revenue via transportation.
A rail line that will be start from old Ibadan Toll gate and terminated at Old lagos Toll gate. This will serve as alternative to exisiting motor highways that already being congested. Considering the level of human and materia resources along the axis, am of opinion that it will be a worthwhile and alternative investment to dwindling oil revenue as a result of global fall price.
No doubt funding for the propose initiative won't pose any treat as sourcing of loans from foregin partnership like world bank will be easy considering viability of the move
