all banks are directed to link your BVN once you have it to your other existing s by email or sms or web portal or phone call. 

so, If you have your BVN already, here is how to link it to your other s without going to the bank.

A. firstly, ask their twitter customer care team if there is an sms code or online portal or email address you can send your bvn details to while waiting for the answer, 
B. google to see if there is an sms code for BVN linking for the bank,  
C. then google to see if there is an online portal for BVN linking for the bank,  
D. if not, and if the twitter team havnt answered, try their facebook customer care team,
E.call their customer care if all fails,  
F.and then if all these still fail, go to the bank.

And u believed this SCAM..God will judge you and the rest. why would bank want you to link your BVN to your by yourself. EFCC will catch up with you and your gangs in Jesus Name (Amen)

This stuff is a scam...I sense hacking of number

because technology has advanced and life should be easy. you can confirm what he wrote from individual bank websites instead of rubbishing it. better go back to the stone age where u belong. queuing in banking halls should be a thing of the past. You can update Eco Bank BVN by dialling *326*9# then input your BVN in the prompt. From my experience it worked swifter at night.

i sent the link for FBN to their customer care and they didnt confirm that the libk is from them.
instead they directed me to fill their bvn form online and submit it.
i dont feel comfortable at all with that link.
