A 25-year-old man, Benjamin Ibehmonic, on Friday appeared in a Makurdi Magistrate’s Court for alleged rape of a 13-year-old boy through his anus. The Prosecutor, l. Omaye Ujata, told the court that one Christian Ornguga of No. 39 Off Vandeikya Street, High-Level Makurdi, reported the case at B Division Police Station. Uajta said that Ibehmonic of the same address raped the informant’s younger brother through the anus while he was coming back from an errand. She told the court that the complainant told the police that he sent the victim to buy him recharge card. The prosecutor said that Ornguga told the police that the accused called him into his room, tied his mouth, legs, hands and had sexual intercourse with him through his anus. The accused was arrested during police investigation and he voluntarily confessed to the crime. She said that investigation into the matter had been completed and applied for a date for hearing. The prosecutor said the offences contravened Section 284 of the Penal Code and the accused itted committing the offence. The Magistrate, Ibrahim Mohammed, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N20, 000 with one surety in like sum. I am a strong believer of freedom of everything but i will never vote for freedom for gays. they are a by-product of abuse, either they had one uncle who used to toil with their behinds while growing or a neighbor like Benjamin the bitter truth is that if you are so adventurous to try another man, then you have no limits. you will defile an unborn child if you have the chance. Why do I always approach these kind of posts with tribalistic thoughts and intents.  Nairaland has really fhucked me up mentally. @Topic.. Take that Nigga outside the court, give a policeman 500Naira to put a bullet right through his head at close range. If he survives the shot, give the officer another 500 Naira to shoot him again, this time in the Heart. And if he survives... Tell the Officer to shove the nuzzle of his gun into the Mans anus, switch the AK-47 setting to full automatic mode, squeeze the trigger and don't let go until he empties the entire magazine.
