Exactly in that order. She should visit the ission Office first, then take the next action after. If she has been cleared, she should wait for the mobilization list. If she has not been cleared, she would need to go to the State JAMB Office close to her school.

I've had my regularization stuck in waiting for approval. It's remaining just Jamb HQ to approve and has been like that for 3 months.
Tired of messaging the online as they keep telling me to be patient. If at all there is any issue I should be informed or better still they disapprove it and give a reason. Instead nothing. My patience is tired already.
It's not worth all these stress.

If you're waiting for HQ's approval, you don't have a problem. 12th of August was last week. Give it 2 weeks and check back. It could be longer than that or lesser. Just relax!

Please is there any means of going for service if one does diploma (not ND), Pre-Hnd and HND programme from same polytechnic?...the ission was not gotten through jamb though

I did my regularization since last year and it was just approved this year September 3rd. If it has not been approved at your school level pls go back and lay complain.

Some of my ODL colleagues that did their regularization post 2017 got itted by Jamb. Or perhaps I do not get what you mean by sets after 2017 got their regularization discontinued.

What do you think I should do please?

This is quite serious o!
Lemme try to state the processes here maybe you can discover what's going on.

You start by applying at the JAMB office in the same state as your school (not necessary, but highly recommended) with some information about your school, especially your Vice Chancellor.
Upon successful submission with the right info, you would be given some print outs to submit at your school's ission office.
Your ission officer would the information on the document, if valid you would be told to make a copy for yourself as acknowledgment.

At this stage, your JAMB portal should approve two stages; the application and institution.

After some days, the state level should approve the submission made by your school. This is the 3rd stage.

After some days, the headquarters (Abuja) should also approve your application. This is the last stage.


So, where did your application process go wrong based on the story above?

Yeah I fixed it, so apparently jamb cannot correct any name on a profile because it is technically illegal. Now the middle name on my jamb is BOLUWATIFE(that’s what is on my waec too) while the one on my school portal is JOSHUA, so as it couldn’t be corrected, an officer in my school(OOU) hinted me that the only solution is to make my jamb middle name my official name. I wrote to the school, had it changed and mobilized for batch c. Recently wrote to them for a new notification of result, hoping to get that at the end of the month.

My advise is if it’s a middle name you’re having issues with, just adapt the one you have with jamb but if it’s a surname or first name issue omo God is your strength.

Please my question is this, I got ission through remedial and I have not collect my jamb ission letter and the course given to me by matric is different from the one on the jamb gave me, so now when i checked the senate approval list, I saw my name.what will I do sir,will I do change of course/regularization or leave it since my name is on the approval senate list
