I'm guessing things my be a little bit different this time around. With financial constraints, you miss stream 1 u miss d while batch. I think that's why stream 2 call up letter is not out yet.

Personally am yet to lay my hands on any official source, but the easiest way is to past corp of those states, not earlier than Batch 14B, they will know.

Hint: the "juicy"states always have stream two.

No need for any panic or worry as that was why STREAM II have not been allowed to PRINT CALL UP LETTER YET because they know that there would be reshufflement since SOME STREAM I WOULD NOT MAKE IT TO CAMP and thus whoever details is not captured in STREAM I CAMP would automatically be available for STREAM II arrangement.

I have studied closely the many complains of fellow pcm n have realised that some of these issues are caused by our inability to follow simple rules or what I may call ignorance of the rules of the game.
I'm gonna list out some of these complains n proffer solutions
1:PARAMETER INVALID
this means that u cant access your cul reason bn that you happen to use the wrong browser. For instance popular smartphone browser opera mini is a wrong browser to use. Uc mini isn't suitable too.
Use mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or uc browser . Or u cud visit the nearest cybercafe to get the best reuslt. Our smartphones can act up atimes

Bros I just used Mozilla Firefox & it's still showing "parameter is not valid" o. I don't think it's a problem with d kind of browser one uses.
The error is from NYSC

NYSC should stop playing with me. First I did not see the call up letter link. Later it showed up only for me to click it and see no details found. Now the call up letter link is no longer there. Meanwhile I haven't received any SMS from NYSC. So we're does that leave me
