Nigeria’s Department of State Services (DSS) has released a former Chief Security Officer to Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan detained since Thursday last week.


A family source told SaharaReporters that Mr. Obuah was released by his former employers around 10:30 pm Nigerian time.

Earlier today, Mr. Obeah was presented to the public to douse rumours that he had died in detention. After declaring that he was “hale and hearty,”, Mr. Obeah thanked his friends, family and lawyers, before leaving the press conference.

He knew his boss can't save him, Daura must have told him that heaven is falling, so he just has to sacrifice the information for his release.
