I am a fresh graduate with a second-class upper but am 24 can I still apply for the graduate intern programme?
If you aren't planning to alter your age, the best alternative is that you shouldn't include your age in your Resume. Good luck

Smelling bank.

Their branch at Azikiwe road, close to spar, usually test my patience..Understaffed and with attitude-problem staff, they have a way of making you have a nightmarish banking experience.

I think Access bank is just using the age tin to reduce the entry chance. Just go for it if you want it. You may not include your age in your resume. When you got to the interview, you will sort it out.

What do they mean by "Universities acceptable to the Bank"? angry

Which Universities are unacceptable?

I hate all these subtle discriminations angry

Whatever you choose to write in that essay, it would help to keep in mind that Access will be on the lookout for those who show potential for pulling in funds. Should they not show it, still do not be deceived as your first real test is going to dwell on how much you rake in within a stipulated time. Miss that and miss out. Access focuses first on cash drive before job/career quality.
