The decision is usually made by the hiring client. Some clients might request ICS to recruit and manage their staff (recruitment and staff management) while others will require only recruitment (staff resourcing).

Am presently in ICSL centre for the interview cos I got the interview 2days ago and am not with ma certificates but am with ma O' level results and notification of results from Uni pls I hope am not gonna be screened out cos of ma certificates. Pls I need an immediate response.
