I have use a mixture of black soap,lime juice & bitterleaf paste to cure it effectively before,someone has suggested d vagina of a thing b4 that i shouted her off.

Using the raw garlic wrapped on the affected area might cause serious burn because it is very harsh.
Just add little water into garri n mould (not too watery). Insert into affected part n wrap with cloth till the next morning. In the morning after unwrapping, apply Khal or vinegar on it. After an hour apply hot candle wax(it's a bit painful but 100% effective).
