Have been taking excessive liquor for the two days now to see if I can forget what has happened but seems not helping at all.. A four years relationship that I have given my all just crashed and the most painful aspect of it is that the guy in question here happens to be the same guy she once told me to trust her and never to worry about him... Life sucks... Please I need matured advice on how to move on with my life without hurting myself the more...

Broda, its nothing new... Please talk to a neutral person about the process that led to the breakup, confess your mistakes and it your faults in dis. Just pour out your grief even if it means crying openly, afterwards you feel encouraged to move on and that where you need to channel your energy to other profitable activities that will give you peace and joy. Discard anything that connects you with her, she made her choice, now make yours and stop being hopeless.

Just look at d situation as u guys are not meant to be.It could b that she will be the cause of your downfall or misfortune when u guys are married and God has averted it. Let it go i know its hard but u just have 2 move on. There are good and wife material out there and u are going 2 find yours especially as u are d 1 whose hurt frm your previous relationship. Engage yourself in decent activities but d real person 2 help u is YOU, make up your heart to let go.
