plaetton:Ahhh plaetton. A different kettle of fish entirely, you are. I was being sarcastic. If he is so frigging happy, why does he keep asking questions all the time? Its just that am not a gung-ho bible weilding type of christian. I don't believe anyone should be forced into accepting anything. So I backed off and let him be. As per your second paragraph, that's what you think and you are entitled to your opinion. The fact that it is a wrong opinion does not stop you from declaring it so go ahead. 1 Like |

5minsmadness:Ok, let me quote 'you come of as an intelligent person but in actual fact you are a highly frustrated person' I guess the statement above is a blessing and not an insult in your religion. Pls stop playing nice guy, it does not tell well of you. Some of the most powerful and intelligent men in history(both good and bad) have been spiritually inclined so this your statement is not correct. Google is your friend. Lol... Ya, I bet they were all Christians. I am not here to buy lies. Is Bill gate or Mandela or princess Diana a member of your Church? Not to find your creator but to find peace. God has shown you the door already. It is left for you to open it, He doesn't force anybody. You think the best way I can find peace is to believe in the bible? You sit down in the comfort of your home and assume I have no peace? Do you know that's arrogant? When I attack you based on your false assumption of me, do not play the victim |
frank317: 7:39pm On Feb 02, 2015 |
5minsmadness: What question am I asking? I have come to notice you are just good at assumptions. Did I ask you any question like I need help? I only debunk replies I feel does not go well with my sense of natural order of things. Or ask debunking questions that I know would make nonsense of your replies... How doew that mean I have no peace. Trust me guy... I can be arrogant with words too. |
5minsmadness: 7:57pm On Feb 02, 2015 |
frank317: 1. Show me the insult there. Is it 'frustrated'? Would you put it in the same category as 'useless' 'incompetent' or your most recent 'fool'? Like I said. You don't argue for resolution. You argue for argument sake. Your idea of winning an argument is you getting the last word. Have fun doing so. 2. No, those are your words. I spelt it out clearly spiritually minded people both good and evil but of course your biased mind didn't see that part. You just feel all christians are the same religious bunch that don't think and follow their leaders blindly. So you attack all christians for no reason. Sounds like frustration to me. 3. Feel free to attack me oh. After all you quoted me first. Who is asking you to believe in the bible? I already said I have left you to your machinations. God gave you free will, do with it as you want. 2 Likes |

5minsmadness: 1. Is calling me 'frustrated' a blessing or an insult? When you answer this then we can start comparing it with anything I called you afterwards. 2. What the hell is 'spiritually minded person' I am not cut out for phrases that makes no sense to me. 3. Ok |
5minsmadness: 11:29pm On Feb 02, 2015 |
frank317:1, its an observation, not a blessing or an insult. Its definitely better than calling someone a fool. 2. Well put. That summarises your arguments very well. 1 Like |

Was religion created by God or man?

johnydon22:And all planets, animal and plant life must have been created by man too? |
johnydon22(m): 8:34am On Feb 03, 2015 |
Eshyy:lmao... go and read...!!! |
momoyama: 11:40pm On Feb 07, 2015 |
Dolemite: AMEN. A truer statement I have simply never read. |

momoyama:How does the world work if I may ask? |
johnydon22(m): 7:33am On Feb 08, 2015 |
Eshyy:Are you not in the world? look at the type of question you are asking!!! |
momoyama: 7:00pm On Feb 08, 2015 |
Eshyy: It works in many ways, many of which I do not understand. But rest assured that fictional 'gods' from Middle Eastern mythology is no part of the answer. As societies become more developed and educated, these ideas disappear, which is why religious scammers like the catholic church and American evangelists are now concentrating their efforts on Third World places like Africa, where a lack of educational opportunities make the local population more susceptible to their brainwash ignorance. |

johnydon22:E get anything as unquestionable question? |
michaelwestern(m): 12:44pm On Feb 13, 2015 |
Dolemite: The richest pastor in the world is from a developed country. The largest church in the world is in a developed country. Development and civilization will never eliminate christianity . You sound uninformed, there are christians that are scientists. Christianity is not against development. |
momoyama: 2:06pm On Feb 13, 2015 |
michaelwestern: Of course the "richest pastor in the world" is from a developed country. He will have had the available resources, the reach (through telecoms infrastructure) and the education and exposure to access a large audience for his snake oil. But where is almost all the growth in religion? NOT in the developed or educated world. Where is the new emphasis of the pope, American televangelists and muslim morons? It is in Africa and other parts of the developed world where a huge reservoir of undereducated, deprived and socially underdeveloped masses reside. This is a perfect market for Christianity and other nonsense to bloom in. If you do not believe that Christianity and religion are dying in all educated, progressive societies, then you obviously do not have much travel and exposure. The church, the pope and the televangelists are all very aware that the future of religion is in the third world (where people are not only susceptible to mythology, but backward enough to ire a pastor for being rich!!). 1 Like |

momoyama: Now let's talk about religion generally. In Europe especially UK, what is growing faster, islam or atheism? |
Dolemite(f): 3:04pm On Feb 13, 2015 |
michaelwestern: That proves nothing, surely you can't ignore the fact that the poorest countries the world have a very high religious population (Nigeria for example) while the richest countries in the world have a high atheistic community (UK). 1 Like |

michaelwestern: Among the (third world-born) immigrant community and dejected, uneducated, alienated youths, Islam. Among the educated, stable classes, atheism's growth is almost complete and has very little growth left before it encomes everyone. |
