Good morning bro. Thanks for your response. This is what I still have displayed there
Your port could have been produced because the tracking site isn't really reliable. If you've got the transport, you can go there to check.

Please, what is the average turn around time to get your port after capture?
Is one week possible?
I don't think a week is possible. My daughter captured Nov 3rd at Alausa and she collected her port today. Though she was giving Feb 2nd on the slip for collection but it seems faster now

Please does Alausa still regard that roster of port collection based on the first letter of someone's surname?
If yes, what day is "C" pls?

No sms. I didn't DIY, I used an immigration officer for the process. I started calling him since last week to keep checking for me cos I know port doesn't take time like before again

Thanks i would like if you can update us here after you’ve gone for your capturing
When is the date
Good morning,
So when we got to Ikoyi port office yesterday, we went straight to the servicom unit. I went with my husband and baby (they both just applied for the first time). We were directed to an office for documents checkv. We met a lady who requested to see the payment receipts from our bank or the debit alert.
1. The documents I submitted for change of name were:
a) Printed application form
b) Payment receipt
c) Appointment slip
d) Change of name form (they gave me a copy, asked me to make my copy and return theirs)
e) Applicant verification form (they gave me a copy, asked me to make my copy and return theirs)
f) Handwritten application letter for change of name
g) Marriage certificate
h) Court affidavit for change of name
i) Newspaper publication
j) NIN
k) International port data page
l) Husband's International port data page (they requested for his payment receipt because he just applied and has no International port yet)
m) Husband's NIN
n) 2 port photographs
2. For my 10 months old baby:
a) Printed application form
b) Payment receipt
c) Appointment slip
d) Applicant verification form
e). Handwritten letter of consent from both parents (with their port photographs attached)
f) Both parents' International port data page (we submitted our payment receipt instead)
g) Both parents' NIN
h) Parents' marriage certificate
i) Birth certificate
j) NIN
k) 2 port photographs
3. My husband (fresh application) submitted:
) Printed application form
b) Payment receipt
c) Appointment slip
d) Applicant verification form
e) NIN
f) Birth Certificate
g) Local Government of Origin
h) Guarantor's form as well as a copy of his NIN and International port data page
i) 2 port photographs
After checking our documents, she signed on them and directed us to another office where a file was opened for my husband and baby. They (husband and baby) took their files and went in for capturing.
I was directed to a different office where a file was opened for me and signed. My file was given to me and I was directed to an office for my capturing. It took less than 15 minutes for me to capture.
My husband and baby's capturing took about 40 minutes and we were done.
The process was seamless.

Yes. Captured there on the 17th of November without any discrimination. But i was told to pay 9k(for istrative fee and running cost) because i applied myself. I just paid so i could leave for lagos that day and to avoid civil servant lackadaisical attitude. It didn't take me 1 hour to capture and arrange my file cuz the crowd at the oyo office wasn't that much.
this is criminal offense on both side

Good evening sis
Please I have a few questions to ask concerning international port registration for my three children and wife. I have international port but my wife doesn't have, so can I stand as a guarantoo for my kids? How do I go about the marriage certificate when we don't have? Is the Ikoyi marriage certificate different to the one in local government? I had a bad experience when I did my port process because of the immigration officer I used. Kindly help me out or reach me on +2347085510075

I was like wondering when I saw all the requirements the ops wrote as i for my wife and kids on 11th of December and captured 12 of Dec and it was done by myself.
Anyways I did mine in Abeokuta center.
Documents required
Letter of consent from both parents
Birth certificate
Nin for everyone capturing
Guarantor form for just your wife as children doesn't need it
Your photocopy of both nin and valid international port, and your wife nin.
2 port photograph of each child and both parents
Note
Before I apply for my wife, I make sure she changed her names on nin, and once that's done there's no need of marriage certificate as they never requested for it.

Good Morning, Children do not need a guarantor but a consent letter must be written and signed by both parents. I used an affidavit of marriage declaration in place of marriage certificate, a copy was added to myself and daughter's document.
