I sure know the difference between CONTISS and CONPSS. There's no level 11 on CONPSS so you should know that I wasn't talking about it.

Saw your comment on hazard allowance and that makes sense cos the payslip I have here is CONTEDISS (which is same as CONTISS), hazard allowance wasn't captured.
